2023 Elections: APC will capture all seats in Benue – Young Alhaji

All Progressive Party (APC) Chieftain, Alhaji Usman Abubakar Ahmed popularly known as ‘Young Alhaji’ has reinstated the commitment of the ruling to recapture Benue state all Political positions in 2023 General Elections.

Young Alhaji who is the leader of Benue South APC made the disclosure to journalists during the National Convention of the party in Abuja yesterday.

He said ” this is the most Organised convention in the Political history of Nigeria and I believed APC will still the entire country including Benue state.

” It was APC that brought Benue state Governor Samuel Ortom to power in 2015 General Elections before his defection to the people’s Democratic Party (PDP).

” At that time Our leader and Minister of Special Duties and InterGovernmental Affairs, Senator George Akume who is still the leader with us stakeholders come 2023 InSha Allah Benue will deliver APC Presidential Election, Governorship election and all the Senators in the state.

According to him they are fully prepared to deliver Benue state for the ruling party in 2023.

Speaking on Senator Akume Interest on the National Chairmanship position of APC he noted that if he is consulted he will ask the party to consensus the position to Senator Akume.

He said ” If I’m to be consulted to pick a consensus candidate I’ll pick Senator George Akume because he’s a man that has large heart. He’s a man is a political technocrat that has the capacity to handle the national championship effectively.

” Akume is sentimentally Generous, Emotionally magnanimously and sympathicatically gender friendly Nigerian.

He called on the newly elected National Executives of the party to carry every member along to build a better democracy in Nigeria.
