http://www.newsportng.com.ng Ahead of Nigeria’s Independence day celebration, the Labour Party, (LP) candidate for Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency Hon. Ekene Abubukar Adams has concluded plans to flag off his campaign on October 1st, 2022.
Hon. Adams made this known on Thursday in a statement made available to Journalists shortly after the inauguration of Peter Obi Support Groups in Kaduna.
It could be recalled that the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) had said political campaigns can kickstart 28th September, 2022 ahead of the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
The program will have medical experts administering health advices, carryout test for blood sugar, High Blood Pressure, (HBP) those that are diabetic, among others by 7am.
He expressed optimism of his candidacy, saying that his constituents are yearning to give him the desired support.
Ekene said that his supporters will commence health walk from the popular Kaduna-Abuja junction to refinery junction, saying that the official flagoff will take place at Government Day Secondary School, Narayi, Kaduna
He further said that he is the only sheep among wolves that will lift his constituents from bondage of slavery.
Ekene Adams who is a grassroot politician, haven empowered over 2000 vulnerable men and women especially the widows said he will lift over one million people out of poverty if elected.
