Tina joined the Rotary family as a Rotaractor in 2013/2014 and had remained a committed member if the club.
The Rotarian in her acceptance speech, she said her emergence is a clarion call aimed at harnessing both human and resources towards ameliorating the.living conditions of humanity and making the communities vis a vis our world much more better than we met it.
She appealed to Rotary leaders, Rotaract leaders, Rotarians, Rotaractors and all well wishers to rise to the occasion to massively support and partners with the club to make her tenure a fruitful one in the service to humanity.
Giving insight into the activities of Rotary Club, the installation Chairman, Rtn Abdul Yinusa PHF said, Rotary is an organization of business and professional persons United in the idea of services, encourage high ethical standard in all vocations and help build Goodwill around the world which cuts across the globe with over 34,000cluba and membership strength of over 1.2m.
Speaking on the investiture of the new President, the Chairman of the occasion, Muhammad Sani Abdullahi (Dattijo) who is the APC Kaduna Central Senatorial candidate who was represented by his campaign director general Ahmed Maiyaki commended all the Rotarians for t upheir efforts in touching lives particularly the less privileged in the society.
While soliciting for their support in his quest to represent the district in the red Chamber, he also promised to support the club at all times as part of his contribution to the service of humanity.
On his part, the guest Speaker Mr Omagbitse Bawo General manager strategy and planning PAN Nigeria limited spoke on the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to host communities.
He said, it is imperative for any organization to always emback on CSR in every society they found themselves to have a conducive working environment within their host community.
As part of activities of the investiture ceremony was also the economic and community development women empowerment where five widowa where empowered with complete set of sewing machine.
The benefitting widows expressed their appreciation to the Rotary Club of Barnawa and assured to put the machine to judicious use.
