http://www.newsportng.com.ng The Senior Pastor, Dunamis international Gospel Center, Worldwide Dr. Pst. Paul Enenche, has called on Nigerians not to vote for ‘expired drugs’ seeking power in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
Pastor Enenche made the call during the December, 2022 Blessing Sunday held at the church headquarters, the Glory Dome, Abuja said Nigerians have passed through a lot and as such must do everything possible to ensure leaders with track records of competence, integrity and capacity are elected into various positions.
The cleric who enjoined members to get their permanent voter’s card (PVC) before the election proper, said nothing is possible until people are responsible, urged members and Nigerians to take responsibility and make the sacrifice no matter the cost.
He said, “like you all know we have less than 90 days to the 2023 general elections especially that of the presidency. Now I will like all of you who registered earlier to do everything possible and ensure you collect your PVC before then.
“As it stands, you do not have any excuse not to vote because the INEC time table for the collection of PVC will begin from 12th of this month all through to January, 22nd, 2023. If we must achieve any positive change, people must do what is expected of them.
“Nothing is possible until people are responsible. So I will like all of you to strive and ensure you are not left behind in this season so we can be able to take our country back from the many years of misrule.
“Do not vote for any expired drugs. Expired drugs cannot treat, it cannot be treated and cannot be relevant, so it is to be discarded because it is a poison. For a very long time we have been given option to choose between a Cobra and Viper but now there are other alternatives.
“Ask your friends and relatives questions to know what is in their minds. If they are going the wrong way, call their attention back so that we can be able to sleep with our eyes closed and travel to anywhere with peace of mind. Now people travel they do not know what is on the road.
“You will not understand but we receive calls and texts messages everyday from people whose relatives and loved ones are in captivity. Two brothers are currently in the hands of terrorists. One of them went to pay ransom and they abducted that one too, but God will give us the victory.” He added
