http://www.newsportng.com.ng Kaduna ICT Hub has announced a free web development training for hundred youths in each Senatorial district of Kaduna state.
The coordinator, Arewa Hive Comrade Isah Abdulrahman made this known to newsmen in Kaduna on Friday, said the gesture is aimed to appreciate the good people of Kaduna state for coming out en masse to vote for Kaduna governor-elect of the ruling All Progressive Congress APC Senator Uba Sani, Hon. Bello El-Rufai, Kuduna North Member elect and other APC candidates in the just concluded general elections.
According to him, the training will help youths in Kaduna develop their skills in information technology for future opportunities.
Isah stressed that the world has gone digital and therefore the need to encourage youths cannot be overemphasized as the program will make them become familiar with realities of the 21st century.
He said, “in appreciation of the win delivery for our Governor-Elect. Sen Uba Sani and Hon. Muhammad Bello Elrufai, we will begin the appreciation “Free Web Development” training of 100 Youths in each Senatorial District of Kaduna State starting from Kaduna North.
“The program will kick-off on Saturday 1st April, 2023 by 10:am at the Kaduna ICT Hub, Kanta Road.” He said.
While appreciating Kaduna residents for conducting themselves peacefully during and after the election, he commended the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) for their resilience and passion for good governance.
He reiterated that democracy has come to stay no matter the hitches experienced during the election even as no election in the whole wide world is perfect.
