2025 Budget: Bobai Urges Kaduna Assembly to Back Gov. Uba Sani for state’s transformation

Hon. Bobai made the appeal in a press statement issued to journalists in Kaduna on Tuesday, emphasizing that the 2025 fiscal year would be one of transformation and urged lawmakers to collaborate with Governor Sani in advancing the state’s development agenda.
Describing the 2025 budget not merely as a financial plan but as a critical roadmap to peace and prosperity for the good people of Kaduna, Bobai stressed the need for unity among citizens to support the governor’s fiscal policies, which he believes reflect a shared vision for a thriving and progressive state.
He further noted that there has never been a more urgent time to implement comprehensive growth strategies across key sectors and called on all relevant stakeholders, both within and outside the state, to back Sani’s development initiatives for the collective good of all citizens.
It is noteworthy that Governor Sani’s budget proposal allocates significant funds to critical sectors such as education, health, infrastructure, agriculture, security, and social welfare, with a total budget of N790 billion submitted to the State House of Assembly on Monday.
Bobai emphasized that the budget allocations highlight the administration’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life for all residents, reiterating that such strategic investments are essential for creating an environment where citizens can thrive, resonating with the widespread desire for a well-rounded plan that addresses both immediate needs and long-term goals.
