Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, has celebrated the President of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF), Engr. Musa Nimrod, describing him as a patriot, philanthropist, and sports administrator whose leadership continues to transform Nigerian volleyball.

In a goodwill message to mark Nimrod’s birthday, Mustapha commended his outstanding contributions to sports development, noting that his stewardship of the NVBF and the Beach Volleyball Commission has repositioned volleyball as a thriving sport in Nigeria.

“Engr. Nimrod’s life and service reflect dedication, humility, and quiet but impactful leadership. Under his stewardship, volleyball in Nigeria has witnessed unprecedented revival, inspiring athletes, coaches, and fans, while placing our nation firmly on the global stage,” Mustapha stated.

“His charisma, enigma, and deep commitment to service, compassion, and excellence make him a leader forged by shared challenges and strengthened by an unshakeable love for humanity. He is not only a reliable and nice person, but also a trusted brother and friend,” Mustapha said.

Highlighting Nimrod’s quiet philanthropy and grassroots-oriented vision, Mustapha described him as the “crème de la crème of our people — an administrator, seasoned engineer, and humanitarian whose legacy will endure for generations.”

He prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the volleyball chief, wishing him good health, wisdom, and strength to sustain his life of service.
